The research congress also invites different nursing schools, universities, and health institutions to create a formal community of nursing researchers to promote evidence-based practice. The most recent was held last February 22, 2019. The keynote speakers during the most recent research congress were Dr. Eric Domingo of the Department of Health, Dr. Jesson Butcon of World Health Organization, and Dr. Carfredda Dumlao of the Board of Nursing.
Clinical to Classroom Translation Program
The Clinical to Classroom (C2C) Translation Program is a seminar type of activity which aims to bridge the gap between theory and practice. Updates in the nursing practice, nursing administration, community, and nursing education are delivered through this program by selected experts, practitioners, and nursing luminaries.
Whenever possible, senior high school (SHS) students are invited to attend and listen to lectures delivered by experts as resource speakers. This is to stimulate the interest of SHS students to the Nursing program.

RELEASE OF GRADES
The Office of the College Registrar (OCR) of the Manila Tytana Colleges provides parents and guardians information on the academic standing of their children. Every end of each semester, the OCR sends through mail the students’ grade cards to their respective homes, addressed to the parents/guardians.
Committed to protecting the records of its students to the extent required by law, the OCR has established policies and procedures regarding the release of these documents.
The Philippine Republic Act No. 10173 or the “Data Privacy Act of 2012” (DPA) sets forth requirements regarding the privacy of student records. DPA gives students the right to allow or not allow the OCR to release any information from the student records.
In accordance with the DPA, the OCR requires authorization from its students prior to the access and/or release of the grade cards. By signing a consent form, you allow Manila Tytana Colleges, the Office of the College Registrar in particular, to send your grade cards for the previous semester to your parent/s or guardian/s through mail.
